Return Policy

Each Julia Knight piece is hand crafted and undergoes a series of buffing, painting, and polishing techniques. Variations or “imperfections” in the product’s finish are characteristics of the artisanal hand-crafted process. Due to this process, each individual piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Light variations are normal. Our artisans work tirelessly to ensure that each item we sell is of the highest quality workmanship.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange unused merchandise in the original packaging, within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund, less shipping charges. Refund will be credited to the original method of payment, unless otherwise noted on the return processing form.

Items purchased from a third-party retailer cannot be returned to Julia Knight. Please contact the retailer directly to return or exchange.

To return an item, please fill out the return processing form below and email the completed form to customerservice@juliaknightcollection.com. All returns require a return authorization number given by a Julia Knight Representative.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please send photos of the merchandise along with the return processing form to customerservice@juliaknightcollection.com. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, you may need to return the item. All damage and defective merchandise returns are subject to approval.
